Hey bud. The process to remove flaps is under 2D menu then the third option down being "show flaps". I think you got it from there. Hit me up if you wanna Skype sometime. I'm available whenever.

I'm so sorry for not answering this before....I'll post a pic of what I'm doing, but in a nut shell I'm just removing all the flaps of the pep file and taping them together before I put them down on foam. I made 2 for the thighs....that was it. I only had 4 seams and 1 of those was covered by the thin foam on the sides.
