My comic book version Iron Man Mark I. Originally built out of cardboard, fiberglass, and bondo, the original was molded up, and the one you see is the first fiberglass copy.
The helmet pictured here is the same one as above, but instead of casting up a new copy, I just redid the exterior into the gold version.
My second Doctor Doom mask sculpt. This one was sculpted in clay and molded up. It's based on the Mike Wieringo Doom design. If anyone is interested, I can make copies available. However, this is designed to fit my head specifically and is quite tight at that. Of course, the face portion will fit a variety of sizes, so any copies made available would likely be advertised as display pieces or recommended as a wearable face mask only.
My old Coruscant Guard helmet, from Shadows of the Empire. Made from cardboard, fiberglass, and bondo. Unfortunately I had to sell it, but it went to a good home.
My NEW Coruscant guard helmet is my first Pepakura Designer test. It was modeled in Rhino3D. I used photos of the original for a scaling base, and modified it to change certain aspects of it. So far, though I'm still only in the Pepakura stage. I'm further than where I'm at in this photo, all that needs to be built is the rest of the dome, everything else is in one piece. But more immediate concerns have forced me to put this on the back burner at the moment.
And here are a few more things I've made. I'm linking them only, so as to help cut back on page-load time.
