First it needs to be opened with a 3D Modelling program to break down the parts of the model for Pepakura, then each of the armor parts can be opened with Pepakura Designer. You should be able to open the OBJ with Pep Designer if you are just wanting to take a look because right now it's not unfoldable until it's broken down.

Ok I will try myself to break down and seperate parts to the best of my ability, I will not unfold the files, someone else will have to do that. Lastingtide I use Milkshape 3D to break down files, but you can also use just about any program that allows to to break down groups.
