I have wanted to make it FOREVER, but couldn't ever find a visor to do it on...Until recently. I just started the other day, but have got as little done. And as far as I know, this is the first one being made. At least I haven't seen one yet. If you have one or have seen one, let's see pics.
I have not used and peps or anything, this is a "from scratch" build. I have currently got a couple Bondo layers done on top of the resin-ed poster board. It is starting to take shape but I still have a lot of work to do. Here are some rough pics of the progression though. Let me know what you guys think.
This is what it looks like now. I cut the circle out at the top and put some mesh in for a vent for a fan.
UPDATE: This is the finished helmet. I hope you guys enjoy, and let me know what you think. Btw, there is a fan in the helmet, slits near the ears for hearing, vents hidden throughout the whole thing. Great ventilation and fog control. Super comfortable. Hayabusa pics are in my second post on the first page.
