Hello all, I started work on this build about 3 months ago and figured i should post some of my progress on it. I started with the reach Eva helmet by "L3X BLU3R1V3R" made 2 of them the first which was too big, the second was not completed after trying the "Chevysrule" helmet file both were left unfished due to incorrect scaling. I recently pepped the "jtm1997" Eva helmet at correct scale. I have also pepped the "Chevysrule" Attachment for the Eva helmet leaving some details out which will be added in later using foam or other materials. The torso v2, kukri and shoulders are L3X BLU3R1V3R's files, the forearms and handplates were made using Ruze789's files, and the belt is Zero2o2's file. Everything will be made from foam except for the kukri, helmet w/attachment, grenades, and gun. For the visor I have bought a gold tinted bubble visor, the grenades and shotgun shells will be made using PvC pipe filled with expanding foam, and I have about 20-30ft of webbing and an assortment of different buckles to strap everything together. My goal date for having this costume 100% complete is the end of July.

Can't wait to see how this turns out, do you plan on carving the skull into the visor

Yes, I will most likely use the sanding drum bit for my rotary tool to carve the detail.
I have some progress on the kukri, layered 6 pieces of mat board for both the hand guard and the blade using the pep file as a template. Click to enlarge images.

I recognize those gloves. I use the exact same gloves in my build.

Your foam chest looks great. Excellent building.

Thanks for all the comments.

Minor update, I have the belt assembled, but ran out of foam so I'll have to order more. The knife is almost completely built, just need to make the handle, sharpen the blade, smooth the hand guard, and attach the last piece to the sheath. The knife stays in the sheath by 4 small disk magnets, 2 on the back side of the blade and 2 on the inside of the sheath, they were super glued on then the gap was filled with hot glue. All the jagged edges were sanded smooth and sealed with super glue to prevent any tearing. Click to enlarge photos.

Update: knife has been smoothed and sharpened and needs handle, shoulders are done except for attachments, and thighs are finished. Files used Rundowns shoulders and ForgedRecalimer's HD thighs. Click to enlarge photos.

dang this is awesome man, keep up the fantistic work :D and really can't wait to see more
just amazing!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Update for my build, both shins and shoulders are done. Thin foam was used for some of the raised detail that was left out in the pep files. Just need to find a better method to attach the shoulders to the biceps, I had tried 2 Chicago screws for the right shoulder attaching it to the front and back of the bicep but it didn't stay tight enough and kept swiveling and loosened up. I was hoping to avoid making the piece permanently attached to allow for interchangeable shoulders. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it. Now to start working on the knees and torso padding. Well, its been quite a while since i posted for my build. Since I have picked up more shifts at work my time working on this has decreased along with working on a halo 3 mkV helm for a friend of mine, but i have made some progress. I have gotten my knees and almost both ankles done, redoing the chest piece, now making the v3 torso. I have gotten a new corded rotary tool that has tons more power compared to my wireless one and was only $10 its a black & decker RTX-B, just received the tactical pouch, 20ft of webbing, all the buckles I should need, some airsoft shotgun shells, and should be receiving a 6 shell holder on the 4th of May. Also started making the handle of the kukri and will have to paint the shotgun shells black.
