hi everyone ive been working away on this quietly hoping it start to turn out as good as the work ive seen so far and its getting to the point where i should put it up and see what you all think so here it goes might get a bit pic heavy but i have a fair bit to show everyone to start off sorry about the blurry first one only one i have of the helmet peped

i got my filler work done and have also primered the helmet with hi-fill primer really happy with how it looks let me know what you all think

time for an update...........my gold visor arrived from some guy in soth korea, for a grand total of $18 icluding shipping (awsome)
and i've started a little side project im interested to see what you all think so please let me know

quick question how has every one fixed the visor into the helmets, i got it trimmed down so it fit easily and i have about 10-15mm extra all the way round, this it proberly on bit ive had any real trouble with

Sorry this is probably late and you may have already done it, but take a look at BLACKULA's visor install tutorial.

I also have a 400XPR, and I love it! Good choice, they really are incredibly useful.

thanks for that idid something similar to blackula's tut, or should i say im doing something similar, got to get the glue from work again to do bolt on the nose piece in the centre

That Dremel kit will end up being one of best things you've ever bought. If I may add, you might like to get a mouse/detail sander also. The Nerf concept looks good, looking forward to seeing how that go's. The helmet is coming along nicely. And finely you should add a second signature line linking to you're build, it will help people to find faster.
