Ok this suit is for my wife so we can run around as a couple of Spartans and have fun. This is primarily a reach build. so enjoy the progress as I update it.

We will start with the helmet. I believe its the mark V B but i might be wrong on that. Overall it came out pretty well with only minor warping. I would have redone it, but im confident i can fix any little warping on the bondo stage. There is a chance i might just redo it, but well see how the bondo goes on.

Here is the chest piece she chose, I absolutely love this file because it in-corporates the boobs. It wasn't to bad to assemble either a bit different than the mark VI but in a good way.

I always thought that torso file was a bit ridiculous. You've got to have some massive mammaries to fill that thing. :p The standard Mk VI torso has big enough pecs to handle most women. But that's just my own opinion. The build itself looks great so far!

Nice pep work! Can't wait to see it finished, I don't think I've ever seen anyone pep that chest before. Keep up the good work!

Here is the shoulder and the topper my wife chose to use. I still have to assemble the other shoulder base so there is only the one on that.

It's rare to see a female involved in this hobby. More rarer are husband/ wive teams. This be interesting to follow. Can't wait to see it finished and the misses wearing it.

well Ive been busy this week on various pieces of the project resining the pieces you have seen on both suits. Im glad to say those are ready for 1 coat of rondo and then fiberglass cloth. So those will be getting bondo on them real soon and ill post some pictures when that happens. I printed a bunch of pieces for my wife to cut out while I was doing the resining and working on the pistol and turret I am doing. So today i sat down to start peping what she cut out for me, i got one of her boots, the other shoulder base, and a thigh done, so here are the pics of those.

the thigh might look a little warped or off because it isn't fully closed i left one side of the strap off, so i can test fit it on my wife tomorrow, however I am pretty confident it will fit.

the shoulder was a pain because both the right and the left file, are the same, it took me making 2 in a row that were the same to figure it out. Once i knew it wasn't a big deal as i could just invert the file and print it. just wasted cut and pep time.

the boot came out well, I liked the file. anyways, more updates to come soon, enjoy.

Nice looking peps there. Clean edges. Can't wait to see them resined.

Also, I think I teamed with you last week for a flashpoint.

Thats my Juggernaut Shartmasta, i dont use him to much, i mainly play my sage, Pyrina and my Inquisitor Fuzzytaco. if your toons are on the harbringer where i play, send me a pm so i can add you to my friends.

Been busy today again. I think in the last 3 days, i have assembled 7 parts now. I wanted to get three today, but after 2 i am done. Time for some pics and then some SWTOR :).

Anyway first up is the waist or cod piece if you will. I really like the size on this as the but plate is small so the under-suit will be able to show off her nice ass. I think it gives it a very nice feminine touch to the armor. The file was nice and well done, it was really easy to assemble and fold and that is always a plus.

Also I want to just talk about the suit as a whole. Her suit will be primarily Pink with black details. I will be using Candy Color automotive paint over a aluminum paint base. My understanding is that the candy colors are semitransparent and light goes through them so the aluminum under it creates a really nice look. Both her suit and mine will have Custom sewn under-suits. Thats right folks, I am going to learn how to sew. I plan on buying a sewing machine once the armor is done and learning to sew. I will be using semi tight clothing that breaths as a base. I will then add a zipper to the clothing and be using vinyl cloth for the details. certain vinyl cloth details will be connected on one side and Velcro on the other to hide the zippers. For example the spinal column will Velcro on one side to hide the zipper and be sewn to the other. so that's pretty much the plan. hopefully when this is all done we will have a couple of really awesome looking suits of armor that is truly show worthy. Here are the colors for her suit.

the pep is lookin good for sure. and those colors will really make it "pop". are you going with any battle damage? personally i think with the colors you've picked it would look pretty great with damage

Im not sure on the battle damage, that will be up to my wife. however with a aluminum color base i could easily achieve it by putting vasaline or toothpaste on the spots where I want the damage and paint over it. I could then wipe it off and there would be that nice metallic color left. I think your right though the damage would look good with those colors, it would have a great contrast. I bet it would look good to if i airbrushed the edges of the damage with black so its like scorch marks.

Also I finished the other thigh piece today, here are the pictures. I just have to wait on my wife to finish cutting out her fore-arms and shins so I can put those together. after that its just resin, bondo, and paint. I still have to do hand plates for us both but i am doing those out of foam board i feel I can do it better that way than pep.
