what extractor are you using to take the weapons shape out of the game?

The Assassin's Creed 3 Tomahawk is from scratch due to the fact that the game is not even being out.

I edit the models so they are easier to build, but they are Bethesda's files. I am not claiming ownership of the original models. I am just unfolding stuff for the community.

They did not come with textures. I only have the models, and I'm working on releasing a dagger here shortly.

I apologize deeply, as I do have some textures for the Skyrim models. I had to do some searching through my files, and managed to locate a bunch. Let me know what you're interested in, and I'll send the textures your way.

Here is the Skyrim Orcish Dagger. I have simplified the model a bit, but it still builds into the Orcish Dagger. It is scaled for someone of my height, and I'm over six feet. Shorter individuals may want to take that into consideration, or not.

Don't feel too bad. I have no idea how to rip the models from the game. I was lucky, and someone managed to help me figure things out. I got my files from youtube of all places. So, I do have the steel plate files. But, they are not unfolded, and the models haven't been touched up prior to converting into pepakura.

So, I give you two options. I can send you the files, and try to help you clean up the models yourself. Then you'll have steel plate files. OR, you can wait until I get to the steel plate files. I'm working through weapons right now, but I plan on doing armor.

Let me know which you'd rather do.

Newest Skyrim file is the Steel Dagger. A little difficult due to the size, but it should be in scale with Skyrim objects. Still trying really hard to make it as close as possible to life size. Comments are appreciated.

Here is a completed Steel Dagger. Again, I don't do textures, as I plan on painting the objects once they are finished. There are textures available, just feel free to ask. I'll try to provide what I can.

I have to make a costume for a hokey vikings vs ninjas party coming up. It'd be awesome to make some skyrim weapons/armor to take along lol.

thats some pretty cool pep work there man, would it be possible to use the same technique as for say the halo weapons where you layer up templates on wood and craft them that way? might be effective for the making the swords

Actually, it might work out like that. I haven't tried layering yet. I just enjoy the pepakura process, and swords won't be that hard to build. I'm slowly adding the correct measurements so everything is the right size in real life. I've already created a greatsword based off a buddy's file. Check out the picture.



And here is a picture of my wife holding the greatsword. This tends to give people a realistic feel of what I want from all the weapons I create. The wood layering sounds interesting, but I think I'll stick to pepakura. Thanks for the comments!

Im actually cutting out the orcish dagger right now. Im must say im vary impressed with the accuracy in this piece. I upscaled it to 70 cm so we will se how it turns out nice work!

Very cool. I would love to see picture once you're finished. I made it 18inches long, and based off some measurements for the game, it should be the right size. But, its your project so have fun. Make it as big or as small as you like!

Uhh can we get someone to help this guy out? I'm sure a lot of us 405thers want some skyrim files and what good is a sword without the armor? Great job btw tackleing this alone
