Noob making Mark IV (Forward Unto Dawn) Master Chief Armor.

Hello, this is my first time working with foam and I know I should probably have gone by a pattern but I couldn't find one but I'm making the Master Chief armor from Forward Unto Dawn. I am doing it visually (just looking at pics) so it's not perfect, and if anyone knows where to get the pep files that would be amazing.
I'm most likely gonna re-do the helmet, that was the first thing I've tried doing with foam and it turned out "ok" but it's not great. I am currently making the wrist armor and have already traced out the other shoulder armor but just haven't cut it out yet.

My Messy workstation, but that's the sign of an artist right?

to this point your work with foam is pretty good. I would say you got a Hand for this kind of stuff man
For files i couldnt came up with some but i found this, maybe you can make good use of it .

Thanks ! And yea, I'm gonna finish this one as soon as I can. I've done all this in the last week and today after posting this I made the other shoulder and arm and made some more detail things that I gotta take a pic of. And thanks for that link, It does help

Are you making this from scratch (making your own templates) or from actual files? If you are in need of files, I have them. I got them off this site awhile back. Not sure how easy they are to track down since the files were created when Halo Legends came out.......which is basically the armor used in FUD.

EDIT: Oops, I just read your first post and I see that you ARE looking for the files. XD

Well that saves me some time from uploading them. XD However, I noticed that due to the position of the shoulders, it would be tricky to properly scale them. I can edit the model in Blender and make it so that there is only ONE shoulder in the model and have it so that it's not placed on an angle like that.

Thanks so much ! ! I'll definately be using these. I'm just trying to get it done right now with what I got (no job currently)
I also have an event coming up that I need this suit for quickly and I've already added up the amount and this'll probably cost me $100 and 2-3 weeks of work total. After the event I'm probably gonna sell it and use that money to make a better one using files and all that to make it fancy.

Well I finished my armor for that convention and it came out just. okay.

But after that I noticed all the flaws and used the files yall sent me to create some better details and redo the paint job, so thank you so much for those files.

And a new (left) vs old (right)

And improvements are always being made.
