well I'm going to use the original pepakura file, remake the visor, and that may seem a bit extreme, but I plan on making a vacuum forming machine to get exactly what I need.
after that I guess I'll just dye the plastic yellowish, and spray a thin reflective spraypaint layer
carter's visor seems quite small, so I guess a motorcycle visor could do it fine!
you may want to check other replicas to see what they used, seeing what others do is always quite a good option
