Hey, I'm a friend of Anonymous ONI agent (though I don't know him in real life XD)
To make the rocket launcher peppable, you need to modify it a little to fix those open edges (I've seen your post) If you know your way around a modeling program, you could ask someone to give you tips on how to mod those open edges. Just in case you don't know what they are, in pep they are visible by bright red colours on the model in pep designer/viewer. I know that carpathiavh99 can modify models to fix open edges, so you could ask him how you do it or you can ask him very nicely to do it for you. And then ask either me or Anonymous to unfold it or we can both do it and you can choose which you think would be easier to pep. I'd be happy to
