cheers for the grav hammer comments, the blade has been made, i just need to add more silicone to the pile and cast it 
there is a pic on the blog showing the main parts laid out on the floor awaiting various stages, all the supports etc.
now i just have to finish siliconing everything, cast up fresh resin parts, finish pep'ing a full set of armour, resin, fiberglassing it, bondo it, sand it, paint it up and i will be ready.... just got to get it all done by mid sept...
