Air assault finally in the making!

I know I haven't posted in a hot minute, but I've finally started to build the armor. And its taken a lot more effort than I thought but I pushed through! I am happy with the scratch build results especially being a first timer!

Coming along well! Do you have something like a rotary tool that you could use to smooth those cuts? Otherwise you could also layer some thin foam on top

Yes I do I did some sanding in the packs a bit but i know that I'll have to use a good about of filler lol.

Wish I could have posted sooner, but hurricane ian hit me directly and did a good amount of damage to the town. I am alright though and our house is still in tact. On the bright side I have more completed armor for you to see!

Oh my god do I love procrastinating. But I do get stuff done when I'm in the mood for it. But I have gotten about everything built! I should start looking for fillers/paint because this thing is m e s s y.
Any recommendations?

I've been at work on the helmet and man was it complicated, but I've finally got some paint on it! I'm so close to getting this done I can almost taste it lol.

I know it’s been a while and it’s mainly because I forgot to post, But it’s done!! I’m proud of it for being my first build but it’s definitely not the best out there.
