Wanted to share my DIY rolling tote just in case it gave someone else some inspiration !!!
I used a cheap HDX 40gal, it perfectly fits my foam armor save for the helmet (which rides shotgun with me anyways lol). I added four wheels on the bottom, just two that turn, so it rolls flat like a cart! It’s so nice to not have only two, which would make the tote roll at an angle. Since it rolls flat, I can stack everything else I need on top and bring everything in one trip.
The handle was handmade using spare stuff in my garage. I have it loose, so it can be pulled up, then folded back down flat.
Stickers on the way soon. Thinking about getting some “property of project freelancer” labels since my armor is Agt. Washington !!
