Cardboard Armor Possibility

k so i was just taking a look at my pepakura armor peices , and i thought to myself, y dont i do some measuring,cut up some cardboard and place squares of cardboard to fite inside the pieces, and any little gaps i could just use bondo with, idk about using this method with the mkvi armor for it just hasd too many little pieces, but mkv is really simple armor and lots of big squares/triangles. Please give me feedback on this idea- thank you
 
You mean as reinforcement?



I think that is very timeconsuming, thus not a good replacement for resin/fibreglass



How about you try it?^^
 
ya im trying it, and yes it will be time consuming, but this is really only for the people that have very little or low money, and/or just want to make a quick costume, ill be sure to post some pics
