Change date of birth?

I hope I'm posting this in the right section. This account originally belonged to my parents, and now that it's mine I want to change the date of birth. It says in settings to contact an administrator if it is incorrect, but I'm not sure how to do this. Specifically, who do I contact? Or am I doomed to forever have an incorrect date of birth?
