Deus Ex Assault Shotgun, Doom Bfg9000, And Halo Smg Finished Replicas

sorry about my first post, please delete that one. i am a big gaming fan, and i am new to prop making, but here are my first three tries at video game weapon replications.

BFG9000 lifesize replica. made of wood. it is HUGE. my foot is in the picture for size reference. the stock can actually fold in 2 places from dowel rods. watch the video for this one to really see how big it is. took about 3 weeks to make.

Next is a gun from my favorite game, Deus Ex. It's the assualt shotgun. made of wood. i am currently making another for someone.

i miss the ex....i have invisible war , for the og xbox.... but i think the first one on PC really got me into fps type games .. i think im gonna have to play through it again , you got me reminiscing

i am playing the first one through my second time now. i got the strategy guide for it now, so i am going through hitting all the secret rooms and things i missed.

Hey man, pretty good stuff, I'm using a similar method. I have to ask, did you use any type of Fiberglass resin on the wood? I don't think you did, but just want to be sure.

no i didn't. it's just all wood. i guess i could try the sword. i plan on making an ambrosia canister from deus ex first though.
