First Project - Bioshock Splicer Rabbit Mask

Hey,
Been lurking here for awhile now looking at the projects you guys have made.
I have a photography project coming up, 'Dramatic Portrait'.
For one of my shot's I wanted to have a Splicer as the subject.

Any help would be great.
I have a fair amount of money but i'd like to spend less where possible.

I know that I need to first print out a Pepakura Template, but from there I am stumped.
Seriously, any help would be greatly appreciated, the shoot is in December so I have a fair while.

Point me in the right direction
