Foamcore?!

hi everyone i am starting on my ODST armor tomorrow, and some small parts, I want to scratch build, I was wondering is for those parts I could use foamcore board. My question is can it be resined and fiberglassed?

If you are going to use that, don't fiberglass it.



It will be bad.



Use Plastic Resin, which is the the liquid pour that you when in mold making.

Yes, I beleive you can. If im not mistaken, Chris Bryan, one of the Halo armor Godfathers, did his whole suit of foam board and he glass'd and resined the whole thing.

I know what you mean SNAFU but where can I find sintra that is not on the internet, because I have been buying ALOT on the internet lately and just cant afford the shipping charges anymore.
