Halo 4 Hayabusa Helmet Model [Need Help Unfolding]

I finally isolated the helmet from the full body model of the halo 4 hayabusa armor by Art Andrews ill provide a link to the forum below. I need help unfolding it though, could anyone with experience help?

Yea i've put together a halo 4 soldier helmet on my first try and right now im doing a halo 3 hayabusa helmet. I want to do the halo 4 pepakura because of how awesome it looks and because it wasn't released in the game

Unfortunately this was about 5 years ago and the helmet got messed up through time and sitting on my shelf due to me not going beyond the 110 card stock plain model. I should have at least resined it to preserve it
