Today's progress report:
First prop has had all the foam clay gap filling sanded down. Used a wood burner to put the screw holes on the pump and made the tac light from foam.
Originally was going to use a mini flashlight but it would have made it front heavy and awkward to hold with one hand.

The second prop had foam clay sanded. The top half was rounded into shape with rotary tool and a foam tac light attached.
