So i started peping my halo reach helmet 2 days ago and i completely done. i started this forum to get help and some pointers for my helmet. whether im going to making full body armor is questionable so please leave your comment and remarks for what i have so far! going to posting picture with comment and stuff soon

wish i could have shown you guys proccess shots but i just began peping like crazy with out taking pictures. First let me tell you how hard this was. im use to peping and paper folding i did it a lot when i was younger. but i have 3 printer and they are all broken and my nearest librarys printers were down so i HAD TO TAKE MY PEP FILE AND MAKE THEN INTO A PDF FILE and print them at the library. the libraries printer wouldn't recognize the pep program. then i accidentally printed them to light and with no edge ids.. so the build was really hard
If i go for full body armor its going to look like this

now i didnt like the original pieces for the ear part son i cut it out and am trying to make my own
Now here are some images that i'm using for references
Now with the pep file alot of details were missing i outlined them here. i was wondering should i use cardboared or cardstock to make these details before i resin and fiberglass or should i fibreglass and and add these details later after bondoing with like foam or carboard and just paint over them?
