I'd like to start by thanking you again for stepping up to volunteer at this event!
(if you have not volunteered, but would like to please PM me)


We need panelist names ASAP so that we can submit the list to the event coordinators!
We'd prefer that if you sign up for a panel that you do it all three days.

4. I did Halo costumes since 2009. Founded the Pacific Regiment. Did some Halo fan film work and did my own prop business for a little while.

I don't need a badge (getting it through the Anvil Station guys) but if you all need help with manning the booth I can assist when I'm not helping them out.

Two, the structuring of the volunteering has changed. Basically, you signed up for a specific job that may no longer be available. All jobs have been converted to a generic title. Show up at the Booth at the time you already sign up for and see where we need you. More details here:

Question: I have a friend that is interested in doing photography for us down at the Houston outpost. Do we have any contacts to see if he's eligible for a Media badge (if they exist for this event)? Would we be willing to give him a badge if he were to also volunteer time at the booth? FANGS...

Hey PerniciousDuke , do you know if the Meet the 405th Panel is still a thing? I didn’t see it on the schedule. Also wanted to ask about Saturday since it conflicts with the cosplay contest (which I entered in)

Dagger06 - as far as I know it's still a thing. The two panels may get moved into one, but that hasn't been confirmed yet. Everything will work out. Most of us are in the costume contest so there will be a lot of flexibility on Saturday and we can figure it out day of. Nothing to worry about.
