Inner thigh plates

I'm sure this was answered before the big crash of 2010 but i can't find it now. If you use a pep model for the upper leg that dose not have the inner plates what are people making them out of?

some people use foamies, some people etch it out on wood then cast it out in rubber, some people use cloth, some people just leave it be

for mine im using a mix between rubber and the material wetsuits are made out of.. generally people just use flexible stuff so its easy to walk in..
after my mk vi I would totally recommend using something soft in-between as mine rubbed and chipped against themselves (they were pepped and just hardened)
