Hello :). No problemo man, I can make them tomorrow. I'm 6'1'' and the oryginal pep file fits me quite well so... yeah, that's that :).

I would appreciate a pic with the iron man helmet and the scaling sizes ! thats the most important part... Thank you ill subscribe this one :)

Oh you want the helmet... that's going to be tricky but still I think I can do it :D. Thank you as well for subscribing :)

Ok guys. Today I would like to show you problems I came across working on a leg shin for this suit. Firstly let's take a look at interesting parts (marked with red color) of a pep file by robo3687.

Now let's check out highly detailed Mark 4 model (I had to adjust brightness balance and sharp it up a little)

Later this week I will try to show u how I fixed some of the parts (adding a level to the knee part is still ahead of me). The thing is it can be easily fixed by changing objects geometry. Sadly it's too late for me :p. Hope some of u will find it useful. And forgive me all my language mistakes :D.

Btw guys. If any of you would like to know more about my work:

Just look at this lovely set :D. From the left: filler 300g/10oz, bondo 3Kg/~6,61 pounds, filler primer / gloves, spatulas, masks :). Everything what's nutritious for a prop maker! :p

Looks great!! this is actually how I found this community a week or so ago. Was looking for some Iron Man suit instructions and found this. After I get some practice by making a Halo suit my next project will be Iron Man. Looking good though, keep up the work!!

How did you get such smooth lines?

All I did was cover the bondo with styrene sheets. You still have to make bondo parts decently smooth and mirrored but it speeds up the whole proccess a lot and allows to get all edges and surfaces just right. I also modified this element a bit to make it more movie like (based on pepakura file provided by Robo)

Thank you Jeebz, nice to hear it :)
