So I just finished the card stock portion of building my JFO helmet, and I wanted the opinion of [eople that know what they were doing. really, I'm wondering if the scale is right.

Scale looks right on! Good pepping, I don't see any significant warping. What method are you going to use to harden it? Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. :)

I plan to Fiberglass it to harden. mainly because I have some kicking around from fixing the bodywork on my car ^-^

Thanks, I appreciate the help.

great build i to am doing a JFO helmet, i think its on of the most bad ass helmets. Now my question to you is how large did you scale your helmet because mine looks to big at 279mm or 11inchs thats with me adding the extra inch for padding

I accually didnt scale the helmet, I tried it scaled, and it would have been to small.

I'm a very average sized person, i'm 5'11 with a regular sized head...

H:285
W:242
D:331

Scale:1.112956

Thought I'd update, I decided late one night that i'd start hardening it. This is after 2 coats of resin on the outside, tonight I plan to fibreglass the inside
