Its not that no one wants to help you, but I doubt anyone on this site has a pep file for Johnny 5, If someone does they may have not seen your thread or been online since you posted, it may take some time to get a response, im sure if someone has the file they will pm you, don't give up you may find what your looking for, also the 405th is more Halo related so that could also be a problem, There are other non Halo builds that go on around here but those are usually from popular video games or movies, so just give it some time and good luck on your search
Also on a side note, if you can find a way to contact Nintendude you may want to ask him, I believe he pulled his pep files from the internet because someone was claiming they did his models or something, im not sure what really happened but he may still have them on his computer

If joining this forum just to get something for yourself was your only motive, then you did make a mistake by joining. We are here to help each other, to learn from each other, and to encourage each other. To give as well as receive. No one has posted probably because they didn't have the answer you were looking for. That's life bud, sorry. We don't have all the answers. Best of luck in your search though.
Good luck in contacting Nintendude. He decided to burn his own bridge and quit 405th. And I am very sure he will no longer share anything with anyone. You can try contact him in some other costuming site. Nintendude is also known as Vagabond.
