I was waiting to see what IGN was planning this year. When I saw this, laughed so hard. I thought, "What num-nut would actually believe this?"

So, I was in the garage working on one of my ship models when my brother flys through the door. "Brian! There's going to be a Zelda movie!"

I didn't think my brother would fall for it! In fact, he still thinks there is a chance it's real.

I would love to see the classic tale of the legend of zelda in movie form, of course will CG, not real people. I loved the twilight princess, maybe they make a movie of that someday!

couple things to notice:
1. the animation looks too cheap to be a movie in theatres
2. that guy is the actor for obi-wan so ppl would probably believe it XD
and 3. link looks like micheal jackson...

Hahaha I just saw it on myspace. They put alot of effort into it, which was sweet. Great effects too. Link looked....bad.
I want to see a Halo movie made before Zelda though.

YES! Diablo movie is way overdue, and I think it would work... maybe even throw in bonus scenes for DVD, Moo Moo Farm!

I would also love to see a movie based on Resident Evil... I don't mean the ones they have now, I mean ones with Leon as the main character...

I think zelda looked a bit too old to play a young princess, link looked too much like he was an alcoholic because of his eyes and messed up hair, but over all, the quality and acting of the trailer was great, I'd watch and love this if it were a real movie. Although this movie is based upon the ocarina of time, it's being played backwards.

Link never started out in the future as an adult, he started as a young outcasted kikkori boy who saves the dekku tree, then saves the princess, kills a few bosses, get's the master sword, wakes up 7 years later to find his world is screwed.

yeah, I think that's why they changed it though, if they did make a movie it would probably be it's own story rather then be restricted/really predictable because of basing it on any one game.

It looked like a mix between Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. Like when Link and Ganon were fighting, that sorta looked like the mirror chamber. Link also had to take something to the town or something like that, just like he had to take the Ordon Sword to the royal family in castle town. :EDIT: He has to take the harvest to town in the joke.

I noticed that Hyrule castles looks like the one in TP. On top of that, it has music from TP (Hyrule field) in it. :Another edit: Ganon's sword is the Light Sword that the sages tried to kill Ganon with... From TP...

Yet I saw Impa, and the way Link gets the triforce is wrong from both games. I saw armogohma from Twilight Princess (Huge ***-spider from the Temple of Time) and the spinners that were in Hyrule field for Ocarina of time. Plus in the end when it showed the Master Sword in the woods, that looked like the Sacred Grove from Twilight Princess. IGN must have had fun making this, lol.

Ah man I'm such a geek lol. But anyways, it's fake so I won't go into it.

Ganon does look like a possessed monkey though. Zelda looks too old. Link looks like a drunk, and a little to chunky.
I only fell for one interweb prank yesterday, and I can tell you it wasn't this!
