Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there is anyone that knows if there is a stl file for this particular attachment out there. Although, you might consider making this out of EVA foam simply from reference images. You'll be able to figure out the length and width of the attachment relative to the forearm piece I assume you'll be printing. From there you'll likely be able to figure out the rest of the geometry. That's what I would do if I were in your position
