Hi everyone I'm here with a not so new weapon: The M99 STANCHION gauss anti-tank sniper system



I will edit THIS post for the other two concepts but here is concept #1

M99- Human covenant war

M99A2X- Humo-Sangheli invasion of covenant loyal species homeworld campaign

M99XX- 2845-next 210 years

That actually looks pretty good to me it does look similar to the sniper rifle but what I would do is make a combination sketch of the Spartan Laser and Sniper as a merged weapon.

You do know that MACs are large, right? You may need to make them bigger than a sniper rifle. Think of a shoulder mounted weapon that can also be used as a sniper weapon.



I really like how the weapons look! But It wouldn't look right in the hands of a UNSC marine. It's too smooth. Too futuristic.



Just keep them coming dude.m Concept artists have to go through many designs before they hit the nail on the head.

Its probably just me, but that last one is very Star Trek esque.

The M99 Stanchion Predates the Human Covenant War, and is used for long range assassinations. It is also, basically, a normal Sniper Rifle with a thicker barrel and no flash hider, (and, this is just interpretation from the picture, but I believe it requires an external power source.)

The way my interpretation of what we all know is the Halo universe is that the Halo universe starts getting early trek-ish around 2845.



M99 Stanchion is a bungie design



I "added" star trek and beam rifle-ish addons for the M99XX to show how far human technology had become with the help of the sangheli and ONI creating new weapon innovations



I will be making the M99XX blueprints and actual assembly of a prop version although it will take a couple of days for the blue prints to be made and parts and materials assembled together to make it.



*the prototype is going to be made with legos as I always have done for the cardboard n' pvc tube prop guns I've made for friends so that i can get a fell for size and length.



The M99 is connected to a fusion field generator and the ballistics calculating spotter computer



it will take another 2 days for adding the tigger, bolt, lights, and wireing for the gun and probably 6 days for concept and production of the fusion generator.



The stanchion is a "mini-M.A.C." railgun albeit a sniper-rifle designed to take out infantry and tanks

lego prototype single block 3d *fail* is being built and after 2hours I'm not even a 1/4 way finished

it's 4 and 1/4th long (yes it's completed) it will be 5 and a 16th long when it's is finally built



computer and fusion battery pack is being conceptized(new word spelling for concept)
