Just wondering if i could use Model Airplane Dope to harden the paper on my pepakura? Or would the card stock be too thick? I know i used it on thin paper in my model planes, but it would be cool if it worked for this too.

Mr. T once made an album over this subject. Check it :

But, I don't really know what this 'dope' is, i'm pretty sure it would work on cardstock if it works on letter, i'd test a little on a quickly folded cube or something.

true model dope may work but don't try Testors cement for plastic models. It hasn't work for me in any of my tests.

Dope would work... Used it for sheeting wings with cloth....

The quantity you will need it in to do a suit of armor though... you'd still want to turn to Fiberglass resin. Its essentially the same thing, minus and add in hardener, and therefore you will want to take all of the same safety precautions. Dope will take longer to cure however.
