Odst Armor Refrence Images, 56k... Just dont...

Well I am a bit new here so im just finding my way around. I saw the odst refrence pictures on the main site and noticed how... well... bad they were. I also saw there were a few people that were gonna start/or want to do odst armor. So I figured I should post some Refrences of it. I am a retired Halo 2 Modder so I don't mod Halo 2 anymore. I do extract models and bitmaps from the game and properly set up there shaders in 3ds max. So this Odst model and bitmap is not mine. Its simply bungies. I just extracted it and am rendering it for you guys =]

These last pictures that are linked are all 1200x1200 and have been posted under request. I didn't put the large pictures in here because I don't want anymore 56ker's to keel over and die.

Im like Hitler, I kill all the 56ker's =3 .

Wow, those pics are seriously amazing. If you could get any pics of the Hunter that would probably help out Monstermaker, innerdemon, and all the others working on hunter armor. I could never find any good back pics.

I usually don't bring up old threads, but this one is REALLY great, considering the huge lack of Helljumper references.

I also would love to see some more shots of the helmet (including straight on) and maybe a few more shots of the backplate/backpack?

Also, it looks like a gasket might need to be used for the helmet bottom, since it looks so open, yet the wearers head doesn't peek through. A thin black t-shirt type fabric would probably be best, since it would do the job of covering up the wearer's neck and chin, and be thin enough to breath well.
