Pepakura scaling

ok so I went in to the pepakura designer and tried a couple different scaling options ... but When I finally did the scaling to my head the helmet was gigantic .....

......ummm.. yeah well at least I'll look like my avatar on my Xbox live account with that giant monstrosity....

I guess what I'm getting at is that,... what do normal numbers look like in the parts layout assemble size window....

because with my giant one they were this....

and that was apparently wrong A.K.A. my giant mess hahahah..

and then I tried a different way of scaling my helmets in the 2d tab, then the Change scale and the increase scale by 10% thing and was wondering if these look more in the ball park of what a helmet to fit a large/ extra large base ball cap head.....
