Princess Monanoke Mask

This is my first clay making of anything :] i think it looks good but on my next one i going to get it just a little more smooth and detailed. when cooking, it cracked just under and to the side of the left (its right) eye. this is the main reson i why i am going to be making another one. there is also some bends and stuff that i dont like due to it falling off its stand in the oven.

here is the mask (in movie)

I will be remaking this mask and adding the cape, hood, ears, and neck thing. this is what my wife will be wearing to D-con. i am going to be Ash1taka. (sorry had to use a 1 for the I or it got bleeped out lol)

you can fix that crack with a little bondo.

Monanoke is my favorite Hayao Miyazaki film. so with that in mind, i love your mask. i will definitely keep an eye out for any up dates you have.
