Problem ► Cannot create new topics

Hi guys,

My name's Carlo, from Italy. I've one problem on this Forum: I cannot create any NEW_TOPIC in more than one tab.
I don't see the button to create a new topic, How can I explain my doubts and how can I request help to our community? I can only create topics in HALO-PROPS, and here but not in other tabs.
I've some question about FOAM templates and PEPAKURA program but I cannot explain my problem, No NEW_TOPIC button available in major part of the tabs of this forum.

Can you please help me to understand why it happens?

Hmmm.....I've had a look at your registration and it doesn't look like that's the problem. I'll look in to it a little more.

EDIT: Ahhhhh yes, it's because you're brand new here! For a period of 90 days and 50 posts you are limited to being able to start topics only in those two areas, but you can respond to the posts of others in the other forums.
