Question about the Halo: Reach undersuit

Hi, I wanted to ask about the Halo Reach undersuit

Does anyone know how I can make it or have it made?

Something like the picture but from Reach and not as expensive hahaha

If you wanted a dye sublimated under suit like the one shown there, printed on a spandex or lycra body suit, you are going to have to expect to pay that much, especially as only the Halo 4/5 Tech Suit pattern is freely out there in the Zentai/MorphSuit/Dye Sublimated body suit world. You would have to first commission someone like Gunhed Designs to make the pattern of the reach under suit, then pay one of the places, like HerosTime or RPC Studio, to print and sew it.

You could buy a plain black or white Zentai or Morphsuit, which are available for around $20 on Amazon, and then paint the pattern on with an airbrush or fabric markers. Not commonly done for Spartan undersuits, but many of the early Cortanas in the 2007-2012 era would do this.

Most of the folks that have done a custom a Reach style under suit have gone the route of physically making it, rather than doing the Zentai/Morphsuit approach. That is why most of the resources here will be geared towards that:

The patterns for the Halo 4 and 5 tech-suits are not free either. When I said "freely out there," I meant that someone has taken the time to create the pattern and sell it to individuals or license it to various websites, not that the file itself was available for free. The cost of the use of that file is incorporated into what the various sites charge.

Now, if you do look at the various build threads I linked above for other member's Reach under-suit builds, templates were used for the sewing or foam construction. If you wanted to pursue he option of making your own morph-suit based under suit, you could use those same sewing or foam tempaltes as the templates for painting it yourself onto a base white or black suit.
