Cool to see someone else building their own armor from scratch!

There's no mention of what method you plan to use (pep, foam?) but I'd still make a small suggestion based on my experiences.
Make sure to actually build one piece before you model everything! It helps a lot to know what will work best in practice.
I'd also start with something like a shin that's not always visible - my first piece was the chest and I'll probably have to redo a few parts later on...

I plan on completing the 3d model first as I'm still trying to lose weight. I would like to not have fatrolls showing in my skintight armor(for accuracy reasons) lol. I'm going to be building tests of the models in pep, I don't much care for foam right now. I've been fighting with the backside of the torso all morning hopefully I can post an update on it later today.
