Props Soullesssin's Weapon Progress

I bought a Sean Bradley Sword Handle recently and I love this thing to death!!!

I've been looking for some good places to get my plexiglass/acrylic blade.

I will get one in the next couple days.

Alright I got the plexiglass sheet I wanted.

Now I just made a template to cut by on the specific scale of my sword handle.

Just gotta print it out off a huge printer then I'll cut it out

So expect at least the blade in tomorrow

Home Depot sells plexiglass and i was going to suggest tap plastics but they aren't in your area.

Good work on that template there, buddy! Looks very similar to mine, so is very accurate, imho. Can't wait to see you add those blades to the handle :cool

a orthodontist appointment -.-

Man I need a break

OH just to let you guys know, I do plan on joining the UNSC aka the Navy and get a career in Nuclear Engineering

or find an alien race then fight it XD

BOLD # 1: I thought it looked familiar, lol. Nice job on replicating it; looks like you got the same shape and proportions pretty much dead-on from what I can tell. It's all good, btw. If anything, I take it as quite the compliment you'd model your template on mine. So, thanks



BOLD # 2: Congrats on officially joining the ranks, buddy! I don't know much about the armed forces as I'm not a part of it, but I'm certain you can expect a lot of hands-on training, so be ready for it lol

Fun as hell and it prepared me.

Though It didn't make me join the military but it was my decision mainly.

The blade is huge!!!!! It's about 37.5" long when scaled to my sword handle.

BOLD # 2: The blades on mine came out to three feet even (36 inches). So, yours is just a little bit longer. Good job on estimating the size, there *thumbs up*

It is a hell of a lot harder to cut acrylic, than you may think.

Well I got burned a lot from it. The cutting wheel on the dremel is going

5k rpm and hits the plexiglass then melts it then spews out raining bits

and pieces of it all molten like. Man that stuff stings like a mofo and the arms and face.

This is what I have so far after 2 hours of work.

Will complete tomorrow along with other items
