The shoulder is too small. It should be about 6 inches taller.

Awesome work so far. Can't wait to see it finished. I probably won't be able to work on mine for a while. School and work have been hectic. Once I go full-time in January, I'll have plenty of time though.

Here's a scaling sheet that I just made. Use your height in inches plus a couple inches. Everything but the shoulders and helmet should have the same scaling factor (also, if you used the forearm.pdo before I changed it to the full arm). Since I haven't built the armor yet, I can't say that this sheet is perfect but, then again, nothing is.

thanks im going to be sending my SM to nintendude some time and he is going to finish it for all con in 1 yr we might be going and he is going to make molds out of there parts but i might mkae some more tho not to sure yet

ok for awhile i havent worked on it but seeing how alot of the 405th members are on the SM band wagon i figured id get on it so tomorrow ill be psting pics i got both fore arms

What Samuray said, you need to increase the size of those shoulders, when complete, they should sit just above your shoulders with padding and strapping, and go down almost all the way to your elbow,about two to three inches away. It may seem large without the other armor, but with it, it looks intimidating.

Your doing great so far, keep it up.

Oh and could you change the spelling in the title to 'Marine" not "Marnie", it kind of makes me think Space Barnie
