ive seen people glue paper strips from one side to the other and glue a popcicle stick to that, i just use the pdo that already have the supports integrated into the peice

ok heres a good tip i picked up myself go to a $2 store or any craft store get a hot glue gun and some paddle pop stick (and glue to) , then you just hot glue them in place and "walla" you have structoral stability

please feel free to send me a PM im an australian and i can help you alot for products and advice your question has been answered ,good luck

You can tape/hot glue in some wire (doesn't have to be to strong) which will let you make adjustments to the shape but will hold up the paper. I did this yester day on a hip piece and it really helped.
