Props UNSC Combat Knife Sheath

Hey guys, it's been a while so I figured I'd show off something I threw together today.

So my favorite and most badass combat knife has been without a sheath for far too long now so I decided to make one for it. I based it off of the sheath from Halo: Reach.

Its not game accurate, but it looks better, so that's good. I also like the serrated edge on the back of the blade, because the in game knife lacks that. Also, how does the knife stay in, is it tight, or do you just wear it pointing down, because if it isn't holding well, then that gives you an excuse to make it magnetic.

Poplar and 1/8" plywood.

Unfortunately, I didn't think to take WIP pictures as the whole thing only took about two hours total to make.

Its not game accurate, but it looks better, so that's good. I also like the serrated edge on the back of the blade, because the in game knife lacks that. The blade is an eighth inch thick and the main part of the sheath is three layers of 1/8" plywood sandwiched together with the shape of the blade cut out of the middle layer, so it fits pretty snug and doesn't move around.
