Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard Armour - Help please

Hi all
My friend and I are wanting to do a build of Kasrkin and/or Guardsman armour. I am having a hard time finding any resources to help us build it.
If anyone can help us we would be grateful. We are wanting to build it out of EVA foam, but we would be happy for any Pepakura files if anybody has them.
If anybody has anything that can help us that would be amazing.

You might want to try http://www.obscuruscrusade.com/forum/index.php they are a great site full of Warhammer Cos Play. I think they have a file database as well.
