Thanks for checking it out. I've been working on that site as a hobby for quite some time (www.longshot-x.com) My biggest hurdle is CONTENT! (Pictures, Graphics, videos, text etc...) It is still a work in progress.

As for helping you make one: That is a difficult request for me to grant.

Best place to start: http://www.microsoft.com/express/ They have tutorials and tools to help you start out with designing your own site.
The next step is to find a place to host it. I have used www.godaddy.com for a few of my other projects in the past. Its not free but they do have good service and they do support alot of server/web extenstions AND you can purchase a domain name from them too.

I'd help more... but I have to be honest and admit that this armor project is consuming almost all of my free time.
I'll help ya when I can.
