i live in viet nam and in my country,i really don't know what it's called
so,it is A4 250gsm? or Letter 250gsm?

I have not tried epoxy resin. However, I did read somewhere on the forums that it can be used in place of fiberglass resin and it does work.

The paper should have the dimensions of 8 1/2 x 11.
