Lookin sick ! for my boots, I just used adhesive to glue elastic onto each of the plastic pieces, so that I could take the armor pieces off and on the boots. It doesn't look terrible with the boots underneath either. Not 100% accurate, but also pretty comfortable for the most part, which is also important. Hope this helps in some way !
