Just be glad that your new toy cut and didn't score the lines rather than score the lines and not cut! XD I really think that cutting out the pieces is the most annoying part of armor building.



You also got a lot done so far! Oh, and I'm curious, it appears that you did some slush casting......what did you use? I noticed in one of the pictures you got some body filler there. I was just wondering what mixture you used, since there are multiple ways to mix, because when I did mine, I got a more red color and yours looks like a yellow/grey.

1:1 bonda FG resin with the FG resin hardener. Im going to lay some bondo-glass and cut that with resin. it hass short strand Fiberglass in it. its SO easy. i was nervous but now im trucking!



oh and also... fixed the craft robo with calibration setings!!

Agreed, on the first item...



I noticed your redness too. I figured he used the resin hardener.



Art: I actually was thinking of using the fiber bondo for making mud, but hadn't gotten around to it. Tell me how it works out. Probably will solve the cracking issue.

Thank you for finishing pieces that you pep. They not only look excellent, but you finish them. Too many projects going around that never get past paper. Too much time wasted. Looks good.

the hd files are really nice, but im finding that i have to be very very careful or its very easy to lose the details when resin'ing

Sean bradley send them out already trimmed thank god. We just spent the whole day fiberglassing as fast as we could
