Just felt like showing off my first finished bits of my armor. I decided to go for a heavily battle damaged look with a lot of scratches and torn open pieces. I think for my first weathering it worked out quite well. I painted a layer of matte black, a layer of shiny silver and finally a layer of RAL 6013. Using a steel brush and a dremel I was able to weather the edges and give the parts scratches. The grappling hook was just painted with a black layer, a silver layer and a slight blue layer followed by a slight black layer. Same procedure for the weathering.

Leave some thoughts and let me know what I could still do better!

I am a huge fan of the "beat to all heck" look. and my armor is most assuredly that.

I know there is a lot of work that goes into pristine armor. but I love mine that looks like it hasn't been serviced in years.

Your weathering looks great!
