Army Of Two / Gi Joe

Has anyone else noticed the similarities between the Army of Two armor and the Neo-Viper from the new GI-Joe movie? I know I posted this in a thread but I just want to see what people think about this. It's too similar to be coincidence.

If there's a lawsuit, I called it lol. Also in the movie Snakes Eyes had a mouth. Like it looked like they just painted his face black. Does this bother anyone else?

The funny thing is it was a complete latex hood, the mouth was sculpted on. It's like they were trying to do a cross between the rubber/latex armored batman stlye suit, but also give the impression that it was the fabric mask from the comics.
