Battle Damaged Ironman Helmet

So I've been lurking on this site for a little while now, (great site, I'm so glad I found it) and I've been reading all the stickies and basically gathering up all the how to's and I finally decided to go ahead and make my first pepakura piece. This is what I came up with. I wanted to go with a different look so I am going to go with the damaged/beat up version. And Yes the eyes do light up.

Well done! The paint job is fantastic!

The LEDs are good too, can you see out of it when lit?

The shape is accurate too.

Thanks, I appreciate the compliments. I can see out with the eyes lit although vision is very limited. I basically have little slits to see out of as I am using EL wire around the eyes to light them up.

Very nice helm! I didn't know Iron Man was prone to fighting bears... Lol, nice wear and tear on the paint job. The Iron Man mask was also my first pep piece, but I didn't continue with the fiberglass and what-not because I used a different model than you and I wasn't too pleased with the outcome... Anyways, excellent work!!!
