Armor: MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Venator, some customization made by the user.

Weapon: DMR with added silencer and camoflauge. Appears to have tally marks on the side of the weapon with the words “kill em all”. Was also found with tactical knife coated in what is believed to be blood.

Mood: He appears not to speak very often. Does not like to take his helmet off at all and becomes disgruntled when we try to remove it. He is presumed to have a facial deformation. One employee received a broken arm when he tried to forcibly remove it.

Injuries: Was found on Requiem with multiple wounds such as some shrapnel and plasma burns, nothing life-threatening.

Past Injuries: Multiple scars on the back (presumably torture from covenant) and minor scars on the fore arms.

Other: Very eager to leave medical bay and get back to Fireteam Shadow. Has cloaking mechanism in armor and has tried to leave numerous times without us noticing.

Bio; Originally a target for the SPARTAN-III programme, Spartan 209 was not selected for final surgeries due to equipment shortages, transferred to ODST service with a new identity, served for 5 years with the Helljumpers, seeing action in every major battle against the covenant, including a notable fire fight in New Mombasa where Spartan-209 kept an entire enemy fire team suppressed with his 99C-S2 for 48 hours, allowing the successful evacuation of over 3000 civilians, and 250 military casualties. For this, he received the Colonial Cross. Served until the very end of hostilities between the Sangheli and UNSC, and was fast-tracked (due to his previous connection with previous SPARTAN programmes) into the SPARTAN IV programme. Refusing to wear the newer armour systems, 209 sticks with the Mark VI suit with a modified ODST helmet, marking him as conspicuous from his fellow Spartans. 209 seems not to care. Joined active service with Fire team Gauntlet 4 months before the New Phoenix event, served on requiem, consistently out smarting and out performing his fellows. Though his recklessness and insubordination would be undesirable in a standard Marine, they are perfect, in moderation, for a Spartan.
Medical record; 209 seems to be of sound body, with large plasma scarring surrounding the left eye, and two robotic digits replacing those lost during insurrectionist interrogation. However, as with all Spartan IIIs, 209 seems to struggle psychologically. Symptoms mimic PTSD, as they always do, but 209 refuses counselling, saying that he would be better suited "damaged but functional". This is most worrying. The trigger to this condition, although may in part be because of his rigorous indoctrination and heavy training at a young age as part of his SPARTAN III training, can be traced back to an incident 209 experience during his ODST service. I have been told that children were involved. However, although in his private moments, 209 may need help, on the surface he appears to be more than fit for duty.
Miscellaneous; 209 seems to have a certain fixation with S-117, refused to believe 117s MIA classification. Caused quite a scene in cafeteria 14D. Assigned to UNSC Downfall of Autocracy for the time being.

Biography-
Augmented at the age of 16. Lost parents and siblings on the battle for Cicarus. ONI had taken a keen interest in him after his bravery shown in battle. After losing his sister he went mad. Taking on 5 Elite Zealots successfully with an energy sword and 2 hand grenades. After being rescued. ONI immediately put him into the Spartan IV program. He had taken a keen interest in a girl named Lilith also known as LILY-B257. Were inseparable and functioned well in combat training together. After being sent to requiem aboard the infinity serving together on FIRETEAM SWITCHBLADE. Three weeks into deployment a firefight occurred where they were ambushed by 3 pairs of Hunters. His whole squad was obliterated including Lilith. He went MIA for a week and he was found committing Guerrilla Warfare on covenant, wearing Lilith's helmet. He was described as dead inside. He was completely emotionless. He was injured but appeared to feel no pain. Classified with PTSD, he no longer can think of his team without pulling a grenade. So we assume he purposefully threw himself off a 2 story building to recreate amnesia. He indeed wiped his memory clean of his squad but still left emotionless. We feel this because he led a squad of marines to retrieve forerunner artifacts. He lost his whole squad and still left emotionless. Everyone at Infinity seems to call him Ghost. Reminding us of a marine that went M.I.A . Needs more guidance. (I LOVE ROLEPLAY)
